Description
Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) released new regulations requiring anyone flying or operating a small unmanned aircraft system (drone) under 55 lbs. for commercial purposes is required to be FAA Certified Remote Pilot. This course is a continuation of the Intro to Drone Pilot Training course, which participants receive more in-depth training on all aspects of the FAA Part 107 knowledge concept rules and regulations needed to safely fly drones. Students are given at least three practice exams that mirror the various parts on FAA Part Aeronautical Knowledge Exam. Students also finish the program on day three with navigating drones through an indoor obstacle training course for hands-on flight instruction. We provide access to DJI Phantom and Mavic Series sUAS for the class. Course Prerequisites: Completion of Intro to Drone Pilot Training, plus FAA requirements for exam are 16 and older, a U.S. citizen and be able to read and speak English. Price does not include the license exam fee, which can be purchased through several local testing centers for an additional cost.

Objectives
